Doesnt show reservations booked on irctc official site. If you want to see the pnr status of these tickets you will be disappointed. It shows only reservations booked through this app.

The app is certainly a good start, but more options need to be integrated. In Class 2A, SL seats are not an option. Also, payment by Paytm is not yet enabled.

A very good app.. Very well designed.. But some server improvement should be done in order to work seamlessly

Good: Cleaner interface Well thought design Bad: buggy At add passenger screen, could not go back to booking. No button to go back.

This app is a brilliant example of irctc failure providing services using mobile apps. App doesnt have a way to check pnr status.There is no way to look for hotels. I guess its made for ticket booking only and that also doesnt work sometime.

We cannot view or manage booked tickets., no tatkal booking , lots of limitations hope they will treat all platforms equal and make this an useful app

I have booked my ticket via website but when I checked in my mobile app its not showing.

I tried with 2 different i.d and not able to login. Please figure out glitch and update

While the app is great from a stand-alone perspective, the bookings made from web app and mobile app are completely separate for the same user account. Given that it is extremely painful to access the web app from a mobile device and the fact that mobile app is banned between 8am and noon, this is a huge issue. As this disconnect seems more like a policy issue, I hope it gets fixed soon.

I booked couple of tickets using this app, and it was hassle free and easy. Look forward to updates with more features

Even though this problem seems to be active for quite sometime, developers didnt arent interested in fixing it. If specific restrictions are imposed on app users, do mention in app description.

Cant see bookings made on the website. Clumsy interface due to ~20% space taken up by the advertisements.

Already booked tickets from the website are not appearing

Ensure to check booking time against server time (online portal does that but not the app) Also add a check to avoid mass booking from same number. There are various simulators which can mimic transaction. Use captcha and restriction on number of tickets each mobile number can book.

This is one of most useless app I have been to. IRCTC did it again. I cannot even see the existing bookings in the app. Gosh! Please remove the app from AppStore and launch I only when its reasonably ready to be used. Please please please have your friend and families to use the app for sometime to understand how people would use your app.

If I dont have an Indian cell phone, I cant use the app or website to make reservations.
